  • DIGITAL ROAST & HOLDCapable of up to 40 programs for additional cooking needs.
  • FIVE 18" x 26" nickel-chrome plated food racks provide over 16 1/4 square feet of cooking capacity.
  • Vortex Convection Air Systeminsures temperature uniformity and even cooking that reduces cooking time, reduces shrinkage, retains moisture and allows cooking at a lower temeperature.
  • TOTAL VERSATILITY:Operates as a Barbecue/Smoker, Roaster and Holding Oven - all in one unit.
  • EASY TO OPERATE: No need for special cooking skills or constant attention. The Digital Roast and Hold Controller, an optional but necessary feature on the SC-200, features programmable cooking cycles that are easy to use, guarantee product consistency and provide precise heat control. It's even smart enough to adjust cooking times to compensate for heat loss whenever the door is opened.
  • HIGH VOLUME: Designed for large-scale food service operations, the vortex air system, integral smoke box and large cooking area provides high capacity and consistent quality product. The SC-200 comes equipped with multipurpose flat racks and holds:
    • 144 lbs. prime rib, or
    • 210 lbs. pork butt, or
    • 150 lbs. brisket or
    • 90 lbs. whole chicken.
      Vertical Rib Racks are available as an option.
  • ECONOMICAL: Insulated cabinet uses 4500 watt heating element and 750 watt smoker box. Temperature range is 100º- 325º F. UL, ULC & NSF Approved.
