This grill took the place of an old cast iron griddle we had for years. The new griddle was light, easy to move with the wheels, produced a steady even heat and cleaned up like a snap. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. As we collectively get older the group couldn't handle the old heavy griddles like before but this new one was perfect!
