Return Policy

 1. Return Policy

a. You must obtain Return Authorization from our customer service representative before returning any product to Big John Corporation. No units or parts will be accepted unless the Return Authorization has been obtained and is clearly marked on the package. Unmarked packages and packages without authorization will be returned to sender.

b. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

c. No Collect Shipments will be accepted.

d. If units or parts were shipped to you as the result of our error, we will gladly pay for return freight.

e. If you ordered products in error, then you must pay for the return freight and your refund will be credited for the return less 20% restocking fee plus any fees to return the product to factory, sellable condition. You will not be refunded original shipping charges.

f. Freight damage to any returned products not properly packaged for shipment will be deducted from the return credit. Only packages that are in new, sellable condition (in original factory packaging, unused, and unmarked) may be returned. This includes, but is not limited to intact laser paper on stainless steel products.

g. Special orders may not be returned.

h. Hazardous materials may be not returned.

i. If all conditions of the return are not met, Big John Corporation reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

j. Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the receipt of the return items.

 2. Late or Missing Refund

a. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact 800-326-9575 or
