We maintain a large inventory so we can quickly process and ship your order. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST, on in-stock merchandise, normally ship the same day. For your convenience, the following shipping chart shows the number of business days normally required to receive a shipment from Big John. These normal delivery times (not including the pick-up day or weekends) are quoted by our freight carriers and can be used to estimate your delivery date. Big John's shipping department has negotiated substantial discounts with many national motor freight carriers. Therefore, our shipping department can assign a low-cost freight carrier that provides fast, reliable and courteous service. If overnight or second day delivery is required, our Federal Express discount can make the cost surprisingly affordable. All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin and we normally pre-pay and add the freight charges as a separate line item on your invoice.
