Big John merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact our shipping manager to receive an authorization number and return instructions. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and be shipped back freight prepaid
(at your expense).
Based upon the individual circumstances, we will attempt to reduce or waive our standard 20% restocking fee. However, in particular cases we may be unable to do so. Please contact our shipping manager, Randy Czekaj, to discuss the options available.
