1 sheet nori
1 avocado, peeled and mashed
2 - 3 oz. smoked salmon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sushi rice
1 Tbs. sesame seeds |
Place the nori on flat surface and lay the salmon slices down the length of it. Cover with sushi rice and spread with mashed avocado. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame seeds. Roll into a tight cylinder. Cut into 2" slices. |
