Oriental Five Peppercorn Marinated Baby Back Riblets
    Ingredients Method
    4 slabs baby back ribs
    4 Tbs. five peppercorn mix, freshly cracked
    1-1/2 c. sesame oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbs. chopped green onion
    1 Tbs. fresh chopped cilantro
    1 Tbs. fresh chopped garlic
    2 Tbs. honey
    3/4 Tbs. ground ginger
    Combine peppercorn mix, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, honey and ginger. Mix well. Marinate ribs in mixture for 4 hours, turning frequently.

    Remove ribs from marinade and smoke-cook at 225ºF to 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until tender.

    Remove from smoker and serve with stir fried vegetables.
