| 30 lb. pork ribs
Honey-Tequila Rib Marinade
2 c. soy sauce
2 c. tequila
2 c. cider vinegar
1-1/2 c. honey
8 oz. brown sugar
24 oz. catsup
1/2 c. chili flakes
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 c. olive oil
2 Tbs. black pepper
2 Tbs. mustard powder
1 tsp. dried thyme |
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate ribs for 12 hours, refrigerated.
Smoke-cook 225ºF for 4 hours or until tender. |
