  Smoked Nuts
Ingredients Method
Toss nuts with a little vegetable oil. Lay nuts on Cookshack Seafood Grills or in a shallow baking pan. Smoke-cook at 180 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes. Salt lightly.

Method 2: Brine nuts in 80 percent brine solution for 10 to 60 minutes, depending on desired degree of saltiness. Drain, and smoke as above. Add seasonings to brine, if you like, such as Worcestershire or Tabasco Sauce.

Recommended Wood: Apple or hickory
