Smoked Sirloin Tip Sandwich
    Ingredients Method

    Season 12 lb. sirloin tip roasts with Cookshack RibRub. Smoke-cook 8 hours at 250ºF. Remove from smoker, wrap, cool down and chill for easier slicing. Pile portion on bun, add Cookshack Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
