1 sirloin steak, smoked and chilled
1 green pepper
2 onions
1 red pepper
2 c. rice
3 c. water
1 can tomatoes with juice
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce
Chili powder
Hot sauce
Corn or flour tortillas
Grated cheese
Worcestershire sauce

Sauté peppers and onions in large frying pan. Add rice, water, tomatoes and juice. Add chili powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Cover; cook 20 minutes. Cut steak into strips. Marinate in soy sauce and Worcestershire. Add steak to rice mixture and divide onto tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold and roll.
Yield: 4 to 8 servings
