This price Schedule is effective May 1, 2006 and is
subject to change without notice. All shipments are F.O.B. factory.
The freight charges on parts orders will be pre-paid and added to
your invoice total. Our minimum order is $40.00 and all parts purchases
require payment in advance of shipment or pre-approved credit. For
your convenience, we accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and UPS COD.
