Commercial Operation
You can feed everyone at your next party with one of these grill
combinations. Big John Built-Ins are available in many custom combinations
or basic configurations. Click below to see some of the combinations
that are readily available. They feature a large cooking area and
an easy starting, reliable, piezo electric ignition. Individually
controlled, 12,000 Btu low-pressure burners, along with permanent
lava rock, produce instant, intense, searing heat. A Stainless
Steel Weather Cover is included to protect your unit and keep it
clean when not in use. Stainless Steel hoods and Stainless Steel
Rotisseries are also available as add-ons and add another level
to your outdoor cooking experience.
Commercial Construction
Our Grills and Surface Burners are designed to last a lifetime. The
double wall firebox, drip pan, grill grates, and burner tubes are
all manufactured from polished, type 304 stainless steel. This material
provides a sanitary, easy cleaning, corrosion resistant body ideally
suited to permanent outdoor applications. All models are shipped
completely assembled, ready to slip into your custom outdoor cooking
center or on top of a nonflammable countertop. Nearly every component
of the 210-Series, from the burner assemblies right down to the nuts
and bolts, is manufactured from high quality, food service grade,
type 304 stainless steel. This material provides a sanitary, easy-cleaning
corrosion resistant body that is designed to last a lifetime. You
will not find any porcelain or wood in any grill that we offer. Porcelain
(glass) is not used because it can chip and considering that food
is cooked directly on its surface, may be hazardous to your health.
Experience has also shown that wood has no place in an outdoor cooking
environment. It weathers poorly, can absorb harmful fluids and is
not sanitary. We stand behind every 210-Series grill with an extensive
residential warranty. The firebox, chassis, drip pan and hood are
covered against defects in material and workmanship, including burnout,
