| Flank Steak |
Prepare flank steak strips approximately 12"x1"x 1/2". Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Place flat on smoker grills and smoke for 6 hours at 180ºF.
This jerky is moist, smoky, spicy and delicious.
Recommended wood: hickory |
