Smoke-cook bone-in turkey breasts at 200ºF for 3 - 4 hours.
Slather 2 slices of pumpernickel and 1 slice of rye bread with Thousand Island Dressing.
Place 2 oz. pastrami and 1 oz. red cabbage coleslaw on pumpernickel.
Top with rye.
Pile on 2 oz. sliced smoked turkey breast and 2 oz. Swiss cheese.
Top with pumpernickel.
