Smokin' Hot Wings
    Ingredients Method
    20 chicken wings

    Marinade:
    1/4 c. Mongolian Fire Oil
    1 Tbs. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbs. habañero sauce (or your favorite sauce)
    1 c. apple cider

    Split and get rid of tips. Marinade for 3 hours. Reserve marinade for mop. Smoke-cook wings at 225ºF for 2 hours with apple wood. Mop with reserved marinade and finish on grill for 5 minutes each side, 10 minutes total.

    Yield: 40 wings
