2-1/4 lb. smoked turkey breast
Sauce:
1 c. light mayonnaise
2 tsp. cranberry sauce
1 Tbs. finely diced sweet gherkins
1 Tbs. diced fresh chives
1 tsp. grated lime zest
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Whole cranberries and sprigs of parsley or thinly sliced lime to garnish

To make sauce: whisk ingredients in bowl. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Spoon sauce over turkey slices. Garnish with cranberries, parsley or thin lime twists.
Slice turkey and serve with sauce.
