12 chicken halves
2 Tbs. rosemary, whole
3 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. black pepper
1 Tbs. granulated garlic
1 Tbs. granulated onion
1/2 Tbs. paprika
1/4 c. olive oil

Combine all dry herbs and mix well. Place half chickens on sheet pans and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings to taste on to chicken halves. Smoke-cook at 225ºF for 3 hours.
