2 lb. smoked chicken, 1/2" cube
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
4 oz. provolone cheese, 1/2" cube
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. bacon bits
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to moisten

Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve cold. Serve with a spinach and tomato salad and garlic bread sticks.
