Five Spice Seasoned Young Duckling Smoked Over Cherry Wood
    Ingredients Method

    Rub cavity and outside of 5 - 6 young domestic ducklings with a paste of (per duckling) 1 Tbs. Five Spice Powder, 2 Tbs. soy sauce, and 1 c. brown sugar.

    Preheat smoker to 225ºF. Smoke-cook for 21/2 to 3 hours over hickory wood.

    Serve on a platter with hot sauce, rice, black beans, escarole sautéed with garlic, and sweet potato chips.
