Marinade
2 c. apple vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 T. poultry seasoning
1 T. granulated garlic
1 whole egg
1 large chicken, cut up |
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Smoke-cook chicken pieces at 225°F over apple wood until juices run clear, approximately 2-1/2 hours.
