Smoked Beef and Bacon Bruschetta
    Ingredients Method
    8 Italian bread rounds
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 c. shredded lettuce
    8 slices smoked beef brisket
    8 slices tomato
    8 slices smoked bacon, cooked until crisp
    1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    Lightly toast bread rounds. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, black pepper, and garlic. Spread over 1 side of each bread slice. Top with lettuce, brisket, tomato, bacon, and cheese.

    Place bruschetta on a broiler rack and broil 1 or 2 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.

    Serve on a platter with pickled peppers and assorted olives as an appetizer or serve 2 per person as a luncheon dish.
